WordPress Website Development

We've been working with WordPress since 2019. We create websites for businesses: from landing pages and corporate sites to product catalogs, blogs, and online stores built with WooCommerce.

Why You Should Choose WordPress

Flexibility in tackling various tasks
Flexibility in tackling various tasks
WordPress is suitable for service-oriented websites, corporate websites, blogs, landing pages, directories, and online stores built with WooCommerce. It can be adapted for both small businesses and projects with a complex structure.
Convenient content management

Once the site is live, the team can update text, photos, services, articles, case studies, contact information, and basic blocks without having to constantly reach out to the developer.
Custom design without templates
Custom design without templates
We don't build websites using pre-made templates from marketplaces. First, we develop the design in Figma, then we create a custom layout and integrate it with WordPress.
SEO-Optimized Structure
SEO-Optimized Structure
WordPress is well-suited for SEO if you set up the structure correctly: URLs, titles, meta tags, sitemap.xml, microdata, speed, and responsiveness.
WooCommerce for Sales
WooCommerce for Sales
For e-commerce projects, we integrate WooCommerce: products, shopping cart, payment, shipping, promo codes, filters, analytics, and easy order management.
Integration and Scaling
Integration and Scaling
We integrate ACF, Gutenberg, Polylang/WPML, GA4, GTM, CRM, APIs, and payment services. If necessary, we use Headless WordPress and Next.js.

Turnkey Development

Not sure what kind of website you need? We’ll help you choose the format that best suits your niche and goals, and we’ll provide a cost estimate and timeline. We handle the entire process—from the initial brief to launch—with a post-delivery guarantee.

How We Build a Website on WordPress

Briefing and Task Analysis (2–4 days)
Briefing and Task Analysis (2–4 days)

We discuss the business, target audience, website type, structure, functionality, SEO goals, future content, and integrations. If there is no existing technical specification, we help draft one as a working document.

Website Prototype and Structure (3–7 days)
Website Prototype and Structure (3–7 days)

We map out the site structure in Figma or Whimsical: which pages are needed, which sections go on each page, and the navigation flow. We always show you the prototype BEFORE we start working on the design, because reworking the structure in a black-and-white prototype takes a day, whereas doing so in the final design takes a week. It’s easier for you to approve, and faster for us to build.

Mockup Design in Figma (5–14 days)
Mockup Design in Figma (5–14 days)

We design all pages in Figma, including responsive versions for smartphones and tablets. Each page is designed in line with your brand, fonts, and color palette. If you already have a corporate identity or brand book, we’ll use that as a guide. If not, we’ll advise you on what works best for your niche.

Custom WordPress Layout (7–21 days)
Custom WordPress Layout (7–21 days)

We code HTML/CSS/JS and create our own WordPress theme—without Elementor or WPBakery, which cause websites to run slowly and crash after updates. The admin panel is configured via ACF using custom fields: the content manager sees intuitive fields like “Title,” “Image,” and “Description,” rather than PHP code in the visual editor.

Setting Up Plugins and Integrations (2–7 days)
Setting Up Plugins and Integrations (2–7 days)

We install only what’s necessary: Polylang or WPML for multilingual support, Yoast or RankMath for SEO, Wordfence for security, and LiteSpeed Cache for speed. We set up integration with your CRM, 1C, payment systems (LiqPay, Fondy, WayForPay), and “Nova Poshta.”

Testing on 6+ devices (2–4 days)
Testing on 6+ devices (2–4 days)

We test the website on iPhones, Android smartphones with various screen sizes, iPads, MacBooks, and Windows laptops. We run tests in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. We also run PageSpeed Insights separately—our target scores for WordPress are 85+ on desktop and 75+ on mobile. We check all forms and buttons “manually”—we don’t trust automated tests for these kinds of issues.

Implementation, Training, and Warranty (1–3 days + months of support)
Implementation, Training, and Warranty (1–3 days + months of support)

We’ll migrate the website to your hosting provider, set up SSL, backups, and 301 redirects from the old site, and grant you access. We’ll train your content manager through a one-hour video session that’s recorded so you can review it later. The first 30 days include free support; after that, support is available at a separate rate, if needed. At this stage, we’ll also set up Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.

Order a WordPress website tailored to your business needs

WordPress is often chosen for its user-friendly admin panel, flexibility, and intuitive content management system. With this CMS, you can create a landing page, a service website, a corporate website, a blog, a catalog, or an online store using WooCommerce. But simply using WordPress does not guarantee a high-quality result. What matters is how the site is built, how well-thought-out its structure is, and whether it will be easy to develop further after launch.

For some businesses, a quick start using a ready-made solution is sufficient. Others need a custom theme, custom blocks, a flexible admin panel, a non-standard structure, or integrations with CRM, APIs, analytics, and external services. There is no one-size-fits-all solution here. It depends on the task, budget, timeline, future SEO needs, speed requirements, and how the team plans to work with the website going forward.

At Estetic Web Design, we tailor our approach to each specific project. If a ready-made solution can be adapted without compromising speed, usability, or SEO, that can be a viable option to start with. However, if the site requires unique logic, complex pages, control over the code, and room for scalability, it’s better to develop a custom WordPress theme tailored to the design and structure of the business.

WordPress as a Platform for a Managed Website

WordPress’s strength lies in its user-friendly content management. Once the site is live, the owner, manager, or editor can update text, photos, services, articles, case studies, contact information, prices, or products without constantly having to reach out to the developer. This is important for businesses: the website doesn’t remain static but evolves naturally alongside the company.

WordPress is well-suited for websites where you need to regularly add new pages, publish blog posts, maintain a portfolio, expand the services section, or create landing pages optimized for SEO or advertising. For online stores, you can use WooCommerce—which includes products, categories, a shopping cart, payment processing, shipping, promo codes, and basic sales analytics.

To ensure the admin panel is not chaotic but truly user-friendly, we plan it out during the development phase. To achieve this, we may use ACF, Gutenberg blocks, custom post types, taxonomies, Polylang or WPML for language versions, and integrations with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM, and other services.

How to Choose an Approach to WordPress Development

The approach to building a website depends on the task at hand. Not every project requires complex custom development, but not every website should be built using a ready-made template either. The key is to honestly assess what the website needs to do right now and how it will evolve in a few months.

Approach When to Use It
Adapting a ready-made solution For a quick start, a simple website, or a limited budget
Custom WordPress theme For a unique design, SEO-friendly structure, speed, and flexible blocks
WordPress + WooCommerce For a small or medium-sized online store
Headless WordPress + Next.js For a fast front end, more complex architecture, or scalability

Custom development doesn’t mean “making the website more complicated.” On the contrary—it allows you to remove the unnecessary and keep only what your business needs. If your website is going to feature services, case studies, a blog, contact forms, a product catalog, multilingual support, or integrations, it’s best to plan these elements from the start rather than adding them with random plugins after launch.

What to Plan for Before the Start

Before ordering a WordPress website, it’s important to consider more than just the design. The website should be user-friendly, easy for Google to understand, and simple for your team to manage after launch. That’s why some decisions are made even before the layout is finalized.

At the outset, it’s important to determine:

  • which pages are needed for services, products, or business areas;
  • whether the website will be promoted on Google;
  • who will edit the content after launch;
  • whether a blog, case studies, a portfolio, or a knowledge base is needed;
  • whether there will be language versions;
  • whether integration with CRM, forms, email services, or APIs is needed;
  • whether online payment or a product catalog is planned;
  • which sections should be flexible for editing.

This doesn’t mean you have to launch all the features at once. But if you lay the right foundation, you can gradually develop the website: add pages, integrate new services, expand the structure, and launch SEO or advertising campaigns without having to completely overhaul it.

When WordPress Is the Right Choice, and When It’s Better to Look at the Bigger Picture

WordPress works well for service websites, corporate sites, blogs, expert projects, medical and educational sites, local businesses, directories, and WooCommerce stores. It’s convenient to use when regular content updates and an intuitive admin panel are important.

But there are scenarios where it’s worth looking beyond WordPress. If you need complex B2B logic, custom user dashboards, high traffic, complex user roles, deep API integrations, or a fully custom platform, it’s better to consider Laravel, React, Vue.js, Next.js, or a headless architecture. Sometimes WordPress can remain a convenient CMS for content, while the front end is implemented separately using Next.js.

For e-commerce, it all depends on the scale as well. WooCommerce is well-suited for small and medium-sized stores. If you need a large product catalog, complex filters, customer groups, custom pricing, or more sophisticated product logic, it’s worth comparing WordPress with OpenCart, Shopify, or a custom solution.

WordPress After Launch: Support, SEO, and Development

A finished website isn’t the end of the story. After launch, businesses often add new services, publish case studies, run ads, develop a blog, integrate a CRM, add language versions, or refine contact forms. WordPress is convenient precisely because you can develop the site gradually, provided its structure is set up properly.

After launch, Estetic Web Design can assist with technical support, functionality enhancements, SEO, contextual advertising, analytics setup, website translation into additional languages, and integrations with external services. It’s convenient to have a team working on the website that understands its structure, code, and business logic.

Developing a website on WordPress makes sense when you need more than just a collection of pages—you need a manageable, fast, and flexible platform. Such a website can be populated with content, promoted, modified, and scaled alongside your business—without unnecessary technical limitations or chaotic post-launch revisions.
