Website Warranty Service

A website warranty is an additional service that allows the client to receive support and correction of technical issues after the completion of the development project. This service is designed to ensure stable website operation and a smooth start after launch.

Within the warranty service, we check the correct functioning of the implemented features, fix technical issues that may appear during normal use, and help resolve problems related to the project implementation. The warranty service is not full technical support and does not include feature extensions, functional changes, or structural modifications of the website.

The warranty service is available in several formats, depending on the selected cooperation conditions.

 

Standard Warranty — 14 Days

The standard warranty is provided for a period of 14 days and applies to all websites developed by our company.
This option is included in the basic development package and does not require additional payment.

Under the standard warranty, we:

  • verify the correct operation of the implemented functionality;
  • fix technical issues related to the development process;
  • resolve errors that appear after the website launch.

 

Extended Warranty — 30 Days

A 30-day warranty is provided if the client purchases hosting for one year from our company and the website is physically hosted on that server.

This option allows us to control the hosting environment, respond more quickly to technical issues, and ensure stable website performance throughout the warranty period.

The extended warranty is suitable for clients who want to minimize technical risks after launching their project.

 

Extended Warranty — Up to 180 Days

A warranty for a period of up to 180 days is available as a separate service and is provided under the following conditions:

  • an additional payment of +10% of the project development cost;
  • monthly website technical maintenance is active for the entire warranty period;
  • compliance with the agreed website usage conditions.

Within this option, we provide regular technical monitoring, prompt issue resolution, and stable website operation throughout the entire warranty period.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty

The warranty service does not include:

  • changes or extensions of website functionality;
  • adding new pages or sections;
  • content editing;
  • recovery after hacking, malware, or third-party interference;
  • tasks not directly related to the website development.

Such requests are handled as separate services.
